RETURN PROCEDURE

NOTE: Pre-authorization from Macavity Arms is mandatory for the return of any product. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the customer at their expense, and Macavity Arms will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred. For approved returns, Macavity Arms will repair, replace, or refund the products. We will provide free shipping via a ground shipping carrier of our choice for the return items. If you prefer an express carrier service other than our carrier of choice, the shipping expenses and risk of loss will be borne by you.

NOTE: Before requesting an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization), ensure that you have correctly followed the installation instructions and operating procedures outlined in the user's manual.

  • To request an RMA number, please contact our Customer Service department via phone (+1-626-762-0275), email (cs@macavityarms.com), or fill out the RMA request form on our website.
  • All returns must include the product's original accessories and manuals.
  • Pack the product securely along with a completed Product Return Form (comes in the package) and a copy of the original sales invoice.
  • DO NOT use the product package as the shipping box. Using the product package as the shipping box can lead to damage, loss, or other issues during transit. Please use a proper, sturdy shipping box designed for shipping purposes to ensure the safe delivery of your items.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the shipping label and affix it to the shipping box.
  • All unlabeled, mismarked or illegibly marked products will be refused or returned “AS IS” by ground shipping, freight collect.
  • Please ensure that the products returned match the products assigned to the issued RMA number.
  • Any discrepancies may result in a return of all products by ground shipping, freight collect.
  • No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number; no exceptions will be made.
  • The RMA number is valid for 21 calendar days from the date of authorization. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse returned items.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always contact us for any return question at cs@macavityarms.com.

30-DAY RETURN

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@macavityarms.com.
