Macavity Arms products are warrantied to the retail consumer for a duration of three years from the date of retail purchase, safeguarding against any defects in material and workmanship, upon the provision of a valid purchase receipt. In the unlikely event that any such defects in materials or workmanship arise within the initial thirty-six (36) months after the retail purchase, we undertake to repair or replace the defective items as per the terms and conditions of the warranty. Macavity Arms reserves the right to make substitutions for similar product/s if the warrantied model in question is no longer available. To activate the full three-year warranty, customers must submit the registration card within 30 days of purchase or register the product online at macavityarms.com/pages/warranty.

In cases where warranty activation has not occurred, we offer a maximum one-year warranty from the date of purchase, provided that a valid purchase receipt is available. If no purchase receipt is provided, warranty coverage extends for up to one year from the date of production.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

• Replacement of parts and associated labor costs.
• Return shipping of warranty products to customers will be covered by Macavity Arms for USA addresses only.

EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE

• The costs of shipping or transporting the product to Macavity Arms for warranty, including insurance or fees, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
• Any damage or faults resulting from owner misuse, actions, or inactions.
• Damages caused by abuse, modification, failure to perform normal maintenance, or the use of non-Macavity Arms components. In such cases, customers may opt to pay for the cost of repairs and round-trip shipping for us to perform the necessary service.
• Any other expense incurred.
• Parts that experience normal wear and tear.
• Damages or losses incurred during the transportation.
• Consequential damages, incidental damages, or incidental expenses, including damage to property.

WARRANTY CLAIM

THIS MACAVITY ARMS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY FOR THE MACAVITY ARMS PRODUCTS. WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OF MERCHANTABILITY. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE IN TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY, AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AT ALL FOR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY. OUR LIABILITY FOR FAILURE TO FULFILL ANY OBLIGATION UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE RECEIVED BY US FOR THE PRODUCT. THE REMEDIES STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE THE PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AGAINST US REGARDING THIS PRODUCT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS AND REVENUES, INCONVENIENCE, OR INTERRUPTIONS IN OPERATIONS, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL OR ECONOMIC LOSSES OF ANY KIND. THESE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS ARE NOT MADE BY US WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES AND THE PURCHASER MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS IN THOSE STATES OR JURISDICTIONS.
