MA2 UPGRADE REPLACEMENT SERVICE
Due to recent findings that certain components, specifically the regulator valve seal and gauge port sealing method, may experience accelerated wear under extended use or specific environmental conditions, we are issuing an important service bulletin for all MA2 owners.
This is a mandatory safety service, also a valuable upgrade - enhancing the performance and long-term reliability.
For your safety, please degas your MA2 air rifle immediately and keep it unpressurized until further servicing.
Only one request per rifle serial number will be accepted.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
Option 1 : Request the Updated Assembly Kit
If you'd like to install the upgrade yourself:
- Contact the dealer where you purchased your MA2 PCP air rifle to request the replacement assembly kit.
- If your dealer is unable to assist, you can instead fill out our request form and select “Ship Assembly Kit.”
- We’ll then ship the necessary parts to you free of charge, along with clear instructions for installation.
Option 2 : Return the Rifle for Servicing (Longer Turnaround Time)
If you prefer to have us install the upgrade for you:
- Fill out the service request form and choose “Return for Service”.
- Within 2 business days, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Letter.
- Print and include the letter in the package.
- You will cover the shipping cost to us.
- We will perform the necessary service and return the rifle free of charge.
