Where can I find the serial number of my product?
- MA2/MA3: The serial number is engraved on the breech.
- MA2 GENESIS: The serial number is printed under the item number on side of the package. If you no longer have the package, you can find the serial number laser-engraved at the bottom of the breech. To access it, you'll need to disassemble the upper assembly from the chassis.
Air is coming out of the barrel when I fill the tank. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?
This usually happens because the rifle is not fully cocked before filling and the regulator/gas pressure is very low, allowing the hammer to push the valve open and release gas into the barrel. Follow these steps to prevent and safely correct the issue:
- Confirm there is no pellet in the chamber.
- Make sure the rifle is fully cocked before attaching the fill probe.
- Point the muzzle in a safe direction and keep the safety ON at all times while filling.
- Complete the fill.
- Uncock the rifle before use by turn safety OFF, pull back the charging handle and hold it. Then pull the trigger while still holding the charging handle back. Gently return the charging handle to its original position while keeping the trigger depressed. Alternatively, follow the uncocking instructions in the user manual.
